Prechange Live

Prechange Live

It's not resistance. It's the conditions.

A free 90-minute session for leaders, HR and consultants. Take the Prechange Check live, see the group's results together, and leave with a clearer view of what to work on first.

What happens in 90 minutes

  1. The idea (20 min): why changes stall, and the four conditions behind it: energy, headroom, perspective and routines.
  2. The live Check (30 min): everyone takes the Check on their phone; when 5 or more take part, we look at the group's results together, never anyone's own. If you took the Check in the last 90 days, bring your report.
  3. The workshop (30 min): what to do about the weakest condition, starting next week.
  4. Next steps (10 min): running the Check with your own team.

This measures the conditions around you, not you.

Who it's for

HR managers, CEOs and business leaders, consultants and change managers.

What you leave with

  • Your own Prechange report and your plan for this month.
  • An invitation to run a free Room with your team (for HR managers, leaders and consultants, once approved as an Associate).
  • A clear way to talk about change readiness without blaming people.

Can't wait for the next event? Take the Check now.
