What we collect, and why

We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Where it is kept
- Form entries are sent by email to [email protected] and kept in that mailbox, which is provided by Google Workspace.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes form entries on their way to us. Form emails are delivered by Resend.
- Prechange Check answers go straight to a Google Form for that pilot and are stored in Google Workspace. They are not stored on this website.
- Bookings are held by Cal.com.
- Google, Cloudflare, Resend and Cal.com may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Form entries are kept for as long as we are in touch about your request, and for no more than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client or partner.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and the Cal.com calendar may set technical cookies they need to work. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first.
The Prechange Check
The Check is answered anonymously through a link your organization shares with you. It does not ask for your name or email address. Team results are shown only when 5 or more people answer. No one, including the organization's leaders, sees individual answers.
Please do not include names, or details about anyone's health, in the optional comments. Check answers are kept as set out in the pilot's agreement with your organization.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Write to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
